Peppers On The Grill With Cheddar Cheese And Garlic

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 green chilies
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

Recipe

  • 1 take peppers and cut in half length wise. cut out veins and seeds.
  • 2 turn on grill so it is around a medium high heat.
  • 3 take one half of the pepper and sprinkle cheddar cheese into the inside. don't over fill, only put enough cheese to fill 1/3 the pepper. take 1/4 tsp of garlic and put in pepper with cheese.
  • 4 repeat with rest of peppers for each half.
  • 5 put on grill and cook till cheese is melted and the outside of the pepper is slightly charred.
