Karen's Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes & chilies
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package flour tortilla
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 brown beef in a skillet.
  • 2 drain.
  • 3 add rotel and soup to beef, mixing well.
  • 4 in a 9 x 13 baking dish layer flour tortillas and beef mixture, ending with beef.
  • 5 sprinkle cheese on top.
  • 6 bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • 7 remove from oven and let it sit for 5 minutes to make it easier to cut.
