Karen's Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can rotel tomatoes & chilies
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package flour tortilla
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 brown beef in a skillet.
- 2 drain.
- 3 add rotel and soup to beef, mixing well.
- 4 in a 9 x 13 baking dish layer flour tortillas and beef mixture, ending with beef.
- 5 sprinkle cheese on top.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- 7 remove from oven and let it sit for 5 minutes to make it easier to cut.
