Sausage Wonton Cups

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb italian sausage
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 16 wonton wrappers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
Recipe
- 1 brown the sausage, drain, and place into a medium size bowl.
- 2 place green onions into another bowl and pepper jack in yet another. (this is for easy prep, feel free to leave this step out.).
- 3 place a wonton wrapper in each mini cupcake cup and brush lightly with olive oil.
- 4 place a small spoonful of sausage in each cup.
- 5 sprinkle a little green onion into each cup.
- 6 bake at 350 f for 6-7 minutes.
- 7 sprinkle cheese on top.
- 8 bake again for 3-4 minutes until cheese melts.
- 9 enjoy! :).
