Sausage Wonton Cups

Total Time: 26 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 11 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb italian sausage
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese

Recipe

  • 1 brown the sausage, drain, and place into a medium size bowl.
  • 2 place green onions into another bowl and pepper jack in yet another. (this is for easy prep, feel free to leave this step out.).
  • 3 place a wonton wrapper in each mini cupcake cup and brush lightly with olive oil.
  • 4 place a small spoonful of sausage in each cup.
  • 5 sprinkle a little green onion into each cup.
  • 6 bake at 350 f for 6-7 minutes.
  • 7 sprinkle cheese on top.
  • 8 bake again for 3-4 minutes until cheese melts.
  • 9 enjoy! :).
