Rozijnen - Raisin Pudding

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 rinse raisins, add water; cook for ten minutes.
  • 2 mix salt and cornstarch with 3 tablespoons cold water; combine with cooked raisins and cook until thickened.
  • 3 add cinnamon and brown sugar.
  • 4 continue heating until sugar is melted.
