- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
Recipe
- 1 boil top ingredients and let cool slightly.
- 2 dice veggies.
- 3 pour mixture over veggies.
- 4 refrigerate.
