Pineapple Appetizers

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 30
  • 1 lb thick slab bacon
  • 16 ounces pineapple chunks in juice
  • brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 cut the length of the bacon in half. open and drain the pineapple. wrap each chunk of pineapple with a piece of bacon and use a toothpick to keep it wrapped.
  • 3 place the wrap on a metal baking tray with the pineapple facing up. sprinkle brown sugar over the top.
  • 4 bake until bacon is cooked. remove from pan and place on a warm plate or serving tray.
