Ingredients

- 1 lb thick slab bacon
- 16 ounces pineapple chunks in juice
- brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 cut the length of the bacon in half. open and drain the pineapple. wrap each chunk of pineapple with a piece of bacon and use a toothpick to keep it wrapped.
- 3 place the wrap on a metal baking tray with the pineapple facing up. sprinkle brown sugar over the top.
- 4 bake until bacon is cooked. remove from pan and place on a warm plate or serving tray.
