Mexican Meat Pie

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped (canned ok)
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- salt & pepper
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 (16 ounce) can ranch style beans
- 1 lb velveeta cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Recipe
- 1 brown meat with onion and pepper.
- 2 add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
- 3 arrange in a 9x13 dish, one layer of tortillas, meat, beans, and cheese.
- 4 repeat layers.
- 5 top with soup.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until bubbly.
