Smoked Chicken And Salsa Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 cups shredded smoked chicken
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/3 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chunky salsa
  • 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips

Recipe

  • 1 layer lettuce, chicken, chiles, onion, tomato, olives, cheese and salsa in large salad bowl.
  • 2 toss right before serving.
  • 3 garnish with tortilla chips.
