Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup seasoning salt
- 1 1/4 cups raw sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 cup savory
- 1/8 cup thai basil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 3/4 tablespoon chili powder
Recipe
- 1 mix all dry ingredients. rub on the outside of lamb butt before smoking.
- 2 multiply this recipe by four if you are smoking a half of hog.
