Ingredients

- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- salt
- 1 pint sour cream (whipping cream, soured)
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients together.
- 2 add the sour cream.
- 3 dough will be really stiff.
- 4 let stand 1 to 2 hours.
- 5 roll out on cloth covered board, with lefse rolling pin (very thin and rolled in graham flour).
- 6 bake on ungreased cookies sheets in 350 degree oven until lightly browned (5 minutes).
