Mexican Dinner

Total Time: 3 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 4 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle picante sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • tortilla chips
  • chopped onion
  • chopped tomato
  • shredded lettuce
  • guacamole
  • grated cheese (your choice)
  • salsa
  • sour cream
  • sliced black olives

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef.
  • 2 drain off any fat.
  • 3 add rotel and picante sauce.
  • 4 cook on low in crockpot for 2 to 3 hours, or until most of the liquid is gone.
  • 5 add cheese shortly before serving.
  • 6 (this causes the meat to hold together.).
