Swedish Spritz Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups butter, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 1/2 cups flour

Recipe

• 1 mix butter and sugar well.
• 2 add egg and vanilla.
• 3 add flour, 1 cup at a time.
• 4 mix well.
• 5 put in cookie press.
• 6 place on cold cookie sheet until dough is showing.
• 7 turn cookie press one quarter of turn for each cookie.
• 8 bake at 350 degrees until set and lightly browned at edges.
• 9 wash cookies sheet so it's cold before putting cookies on each time.
