Total Time: 1 hr 25 mins Preparation Time: 40 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) bags simply potatoes® shredded hash browns
  • 1 (8 ounce) bag southwestern-seasoned chicken breast, any brand
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle mild salsa, any brand
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag any brand mexican blend cheese
  • 2 eggs, not scrambled

Recipe

  • 1 spray fry pan with pam.
  • 2 put hash browns in pan and cook on medium check for brown.
  • 3 put chicken on top of first layer of hash browns.
  • 4 pour 4 ounces of salsa on top of chicken.
  • 5 layer 8 ounces of cheese on top of salsa.
  • 6 put next bag of hash browns on top of salsa set in oven till top is brown on 350 for 30 min remove from oven and add 4 ounce of salsa on top of hash browns then next package of cheese crack 2 eggs next to each other on top of cheese put back in oven till eggs are done about 8 min ovens are not the same so keep checking it heres looking at ya cut in wedeges and serve.
