- 4 ounces beef strip steaks
- 1 1/2 ounces kosher salt
- 1 ounce fresh ground black pepper
- 2 ounces olive oil
Recipe
- 1 1. sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.
- 2 2. rub in salt and pepper with olive oil.
- 3 3. place on hot broiler and mark with the grids of the broiler to make a # design on the steak.
- 4 4. flip the steak over and do the same on the other side.
- 5 5. check for the doneness you would like and serve with favorite sauce.
