Bircher Muesli (swiss Oatmeal)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 green apple, chopped
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Ready Time: 1 hr 15 mins

  • mix oats, apple, milk, yogurt, banana, raisins, walnuts, almonds, brown sugar, honey, and orange juice together in a bowl. chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
