- 8 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- salt
- pepper
- chopped parsley (optional)
Recipe
- 1 brown the potatoes and onion in butter. season.
- 2 add the milk gradually and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. season to taste.
- 3 garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
