Ingredients
- 10 pieces chicken
- 1 cup peach jam
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425.
- 2 nestle chicken pieces into a 13x9 pan; set aside.
- 3 boil and simmer sauce ingredients for 5 minutes.
- 4 spoon over chicken pieces, coating evenly.
- 5 bake chicken for 35-45 minutes, basting every 10 minutes.
- 6 serve with asian peanut noodles or rice.
