Ohio Pioneer Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 3/4 cups sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
• 4 -6 tart apples, sliced thick

Recipe

• 1 mix the eggs, sugar, and oil together. sift the flour, baking sodea, cinnamon, and salt into the egg mixture.
• 2 mix well and add the walnuts and apples. bake in an ungreased cake pan for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
