Chili Relano's Squares

Ingredients

• 2 (4 ounce) cans whole green chilies
• 1 lb monterey jack cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• salt and pepper

Recipe

• 1 drain and slice open the chilies.
• 2 take 1 cans worth and lay flat in a small, buttered casserole dish.
• 3 cover with 1/2 the cheese.
• 4 repeat.
• 5 whip together the eggs and sour cream.
• 6 lightly salt and pepper.
• 7 pour over casserole and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
