Ingredients

- 2 (4 ounce) cans whole green chilies
- 1 lb monterey jack cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 drain and slice open the chilies.
- 2 take 1 cans worth and lay flat in a small, buttered casserole dish.
- 3 cover with 1/2 the cheese.
- 4 repeat.
- 5 whip together the eggs and sour cream.
- 6 lightly salt and pepper.
- 7 pour over casserole and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
