Ingredients

- 1 cup rice
- 100 g vermicelli
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 place saucepan on heat and melt 1 tablespoon of western star butter.
- 2 add scrunched-up handful of vermicelli and stir through.
- 3 add 1 cup of rice and stir through.
- 4 add 2 cups of water and bring to boil.
- 5 cover with lid and reduce heat to low.
- 6 cook on low for 20 minutes (approximately depending on your range).
- 7 add your choice of herbs/spices and stir through before serving.
