Ingredients

- 1 lb chili (i recomend homemade)
- 1 (9 ounce) package jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups water
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 prepare rice in water.
- 3 while rice is cooking, pour chili into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
- 4 prepare cornbread as per box instructions.
- 5 pour mix over chili.
- 6 bake until cornbread is browned and a toothpick comes out clean from the middle.
- 7 serve over rice.
