Perfect Roasted Corn On The Cob

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh corn on the cob
  • water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Recipe
