Easy, Delicious Cashew Ramen!

Total Time: 6 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 (8 ounce) package ramen noodles (any flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons crushed cashews (more or less to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons onion flakes

Recipe

  • 1 cook ramen as directed.
  • 2 drain.
  • 3 in skillet, heat oil, broth, cashews, pepper, half the seasoning packet and onion flakes.
  • 4 add noodles and stir fry
  • 5 serve and enjoy!
