Ingredients
- 4 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 2 jalapenos, seeded & minced
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in serving bowl.
- 2 chill until use.
- 3 serve as a topping or add a little salt & pepper for use as a fresh dip!
