beet, bean and apple salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (8.25 ounce) can sliced beets, drained and diced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 large granny smith apple - peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple vinegar

    Ready Time: 1 hr 10 mins

  • combine the beets, green beans and apple in a serving bowl. stir in olive oil and vinegar. chill for 1 hour before serving. serve cold.
