Ingredients

- eye of round roast
- garlic salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 500 degrees season eye of round with pepper and garlic salt.
- 2 place in roasting pan cook as follows depending on doneness desired: 3 minutes per pound for rare; 4 minutes per pound for medium; 5 minutes per pound for well done turn oven off, but leave the roast inside for 2 hours.
