Scalloped Potatoes With Cheese

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups peeled thinly sliced raw potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of onion soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 prepare the sliced potatoes and shredded cheese- set aside.
  • 2 make a sauce by combining soup, milk, salt and pepper.
  • 3 grease a casserole and arrange alternate layers of potatoes, cheese and sauce, ending with cheese on top.
  • 4 cover casserole and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
  • 5 then remove cover and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese browns slightly.
