Quick Fancy Cranberry Biscuit Ring

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cranberry-orange relish
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 4 tablespoons butter or 4 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 15 ounces refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (2 packages)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit. grease 6 1/2-cup ring mold.
  • 2 in saucepan, combine cranberry relish and corn syrup; heat just to boiling. spoon mixture into greased 6 1/2-cup ring mold.
  • 3 combine butter or margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • 4 spread one side of each biscuit iwth some of the brown sugar mixture. place biscuites on edge in ring mold.
  • 5 bake for 25 minutes.
  • 6 allow to cool in pan 3 minutes.
  • 7 invert onto serving plate.
  • 8 makes 20 rolls.
