Ingredients
- 5 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 5 green onions, finely chopped
- 4 jalapenos, seeded and minced (to taste)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together.
- 2 serve with chips, fajitas, or other mexican entrees.
