Refried Beans

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 -3 cups pinto beans, cooked
  • 2 teaspoons adobo seasoning
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cheese

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor, purée the beans until they become like paste.
  • 2 heat a frying pan with the olive oil on medium. when the pan is warm, place the beans in the olive oil along with the garlic and salt.
  • 3 stir constantly until the oil is absorbed, about 3 minutes.
  • 4 place in warmed serving dish and sprinkle with cheese.
  • 5 serve warm.
