Pulled Lamb

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 (21 ounce) bottle of hunt's hickory barbecue sauce
- 2 -3 lbs lamb shoulder, country style ribs boneless
Recipe
- 1 trim fat from lamb.
- 2 put a thin layer of ribs on the bottom of the crockpot and stack evenly.
- 3 add salt and pepper to lamb.
- 4 slice onion into medium chunks/pieces and put on top of lamb.
- 5 pour in favorite bbq sauce (20 - 21 oz).
- 6 fill bbq sauce bottle 75% with water and dump in crock pot.
- 7 ad 1 tbsp of garlic and stir slightly.
- 8 cook for 5-6 hours on high or until meat is cooked.
