Pulled Lamb

Total Time: 6 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (21 ounce) bottle of hunt's hickory barbecue sauce
  • 2 -3 lbs lamb shoulder, country style ribs boneless

Recipe

  • 1 trim fat from lamb.
  • 2 put a thin layer of ribs on the bottom of the crockpot and stack evenly.
  • 3 add salt and pepper to lamb.
  • 4 slice onion into medium chunks/pieces and put on top of lamb.
  • 5 pour in favorite bbq sauce (20 - 21 oz).
  • 6 fill bbq sauce bottle 75% with water and dump in crock pot.
  • 7 ad 1 tbsp of garlic and stir slightly.
  • 8 cook for 5-6 hours on high or until meat is cooked.
