- 6 -8 chicken breasts
- 32 ounces chicken stock
- 8 ounces water
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 small sweet onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper

- 1 throw every thing in the crockpot on low for 8 hours . completely cool then shred. place back in crockpot for 30 mins with the temp off.
