Pico De Gallo

Ingredients

  • 3 small ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red bell peppers or 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/3 cup tomato juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onions
  • 3 -4 fresh jalapenos, minced
  • 1/2 lime, juice of
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Recipe

  • 1 combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl, and mix well.
  • 2 refrigerate the salsa for a least 30 minutes for the flavors to develop.
  • 3 serve it chilled, with fajitas, chops, or other dishes.
