Peanut Butter Brownies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 2 tablespoons shortening
• 1 1/4 cups brown sugar, packed
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 cream shortening, peanut butter, and add sugar.
• 2 mix in remaining ingredients.
• 3 place in greased 8 x 11 or 8 inch square pan.
• 4 bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
• 5 cut in bars and roll in powdered sugar if desired or frost thin with almost any kind of frosting.
