Jessica's Taco Bake

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
  • 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees f (160 degrees c).
  • 2 in a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef, and drain fat.
  • 3 mix in dry taco seasoning.
  • 4 spoon browned meat into a 9x13 inch glass baking dish.
  • 5 spoon a layer of refried beans over meat, then salsa.
  • 6 top with shredded cheese.
  • 7 bake about 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
