non-edible cinnamon dough

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 3/4 cup applesauce
  • 4 ounces ground cinnamon

Recipe

  • mix the applesauce and cinnamon to form a stiff dough. roll dough to 1/4 inch thick. cut with cookie cutters and make a hole for ribbon. carefully place cookies on a rack to dry. let air dry for several days, turning occasionally.
