Evil Cookies

Ingredients

• Servings: 2
• 2/3 cup butter flavored shortening
• 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 3 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
• 1 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe

• cream together shortening and sugars, blend in eggs and vanilla. mix in flour, oats, baking powder, and salt. stir in chips and nuts.
• spread into a 9 x 13 pan. bake at 350 degrees f (175 degrees c) for 25-30 minutes.
