Double Chocolate Brownies From Egg Farmers Of Ontario

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins Ready Time: 45 mins

  • combine flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder in a medium bowl and stir until well-mixed.
  • whisk together sugar and oil in a large bowl. add eggs and vanilla; whisk until blended. add dry ingredients; whisk just until blended. fold in chocolate chips.
  • pour batter into a lightly greased or a foil or parchment paper-lined 9-inch (23 cm) square baking pan; spread evenly.
  • bake in a preheated 350 degrees f (180 degrees c) oven until toothpick inserted near centre comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. take care not to overbake brownies.
