Southwestern Butter

Ingredients
- 1 lb butter, softened
- 0.5 (4 ounce) can diced green chili peppers
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in food processor. form in molds or pipe rosettes with a pastry tube. store extra in freezer.
- 2 note: great to freeze in one of those silicone ice cube trays then pop them out into a ziploc and store in freezer. the little stars one looks nice.
