Scalloped Carrots

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 cups sliced carrots
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced cheese
  • herbed croutons
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 cook carrots until fork tender, drain.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients.
  • 3 put croutons on top.
  • 4 bake at 325º for 30 to 45 minutes, until croutons are browned.
