- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup diced cheese
- herbed croutons
- 3 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 cook carrots until fork tender, drain.
- 2 add remaining ingredients.
- 3 put croutons on top.
- 4 bake at 325º for 30 to 45 minutes, until croutons are browned.
