Quick Chicken Pot Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 box pillsbury ready pie crust
  • 1 can veg-all, 15oz
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, 10 3/4 oz
  • 1 can cream of potato soup, 10 3/4 oz
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 small onion (minced very fine)
  • 6 american cheese slices

Recipe

  • 1 1. cut the chicken into bite size pieces and cook with the onion with just a little oil until just done.
  • 2 2. add 2 soups and the can of veg-all. stir until mixed.
  • 3 3. lay the first piece of crust into a 9" pie pan.
  • 4 4. add 1/2 the filling and add 3 of the cheese slices on top.
  • 5 5. repeat step 4.
  • 6 6. top with crust and pinch together. make slits and bake @ 350 until crust is golden brown (about 60 minutes). takes at least 20 inutes to cool.
