Monique's Beef & Pasta Skillet

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups cooked corkscrew macaroni (i use organic whole wheat from trader joe's or whole foods in kosher salt & olive oil)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 3/4 cup frozen corn
- 2 teaspoons spicy mccormick's montreal brand steak seasoning (or more to your taste)
- 2 -3 dashes garlic salt, &
- seasoning salt
- 0.5 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 boil pasta in kosher salt & a few dashes of olive oil to your taste on med - high. the salt gives the pasta flavor and the olive oil keeps it from sticking. when done, drain and set aside.
- 2 while pasta is cooking chop your and green onions.
- 3 cook ground beef on medium heat until half way done then drain, put back in skillet with onion, when soft add corn, then green onion. next add the cooked pasta and season well with the above seasonings. stir till combined.
- 4 add tomato sauce and water, mix then simmer on med low for 10 minutes then serve with a green salad or baked potato.
- 5 enjoy.
