Microwave Mexican Manicotti

Ingredients

- 1/4 lb lean ground beef
- 2 cups refried beans
- 6 manicotti, uncooked
- 6 ounces taco sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 combine (uncooked) ground beef with refried beans.
- 2 stuff manicotti shells with ground beef/bean mixture and place in a medium casserole dish.
- 3 combine taco sauce and water.
- 4 pour over filled shells.
- 5 cover with plastic wrap.
- 6 cook on high for 10 minutes.
- 7 turn shells over.
- 8 cook 17 minutes at 70% power with wrap vented.
- 9 remove wrap; sprinkle with cheese.
- 10 heat until cheese is melted.
- 11 serve with sour cream and black olives.
