Healthier Meatloaf

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 14 ounces tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1/2 cup oat bran
  • 1/2 cup flax seed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 mix thoroughly.
  • 2 place in greased loaf pan.
  • 3 bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
