14 ounces tomatoes and green chilies
1/2 cup oat bran
1/2 cup flax seed
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
Recipe
1 mix thoroughly.
2 place in greased loaf pan.
3 bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
