Fried Chicken

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 pieces cut-up chicken
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • oil (for frying)

Recipe

  • 1 hold 2 cups flour and 1/4 cup cayenne for breading.
  • 2 mix all other dry ingredients in large bowl and add water.
  • 3 mix until smooth.
  • 4 add chicken and turn until coated.
  • 5 in plastic ziploc bag, mix remaining dry ingredients.
  • 6 toss chicken in flour mix until completely covered.
  • 7 in mini deep fryer, heat oil to 325.
  • 8 fry chicken for 15 minutes or until it floats for 1 minute.
  • 9 drain and serve.
