Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 8 pieces cut-up chicken
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 hold 2 cups flour and 1/4 cup cayenne for breading.
- 2 mix all other dry ingredients in large bowl and add water.
- 3 mix until smooth.
- 4 add chicken and turn until coated.
- 5 in plastic ziploc bag, mix remaining dry ingredients.
- 6 toss chicken in flour mix until completely covered.
- 7 in mini deep fryer, heat oil to 325.
- 8 fry chicken for 15 minutes or until it floats for 1 minute.
- 9 drain and serve.
