Country Ham And Biscuit Bake

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 frozen biscuit dough
- 1 cup tiny peas, thawed
- 1 1/2-2 cups ham, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 2 cups potatoes, cubed, cooked, drained (frozen obriens would work too)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°.
- 2 in a medium saucepan melt margarine.
- 3 add onion; cook until tender.
- 4 blend in flour, pepper and dry mustard.
- 5 add milk all at once.
- 6 cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
- 7 cook and stir 1 minute more.
- 8 add cheese; stir until melted.
- 9 stir in potato, ham and peas.
- 10 spoon mixture into a 10x6-inch baking dish; top with biscuits.
- 11 bake 30 to 35 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
