Chile-egg Puff

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
  • 4 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies, drained

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, beat eggs until light and lemon colored.
