molasses spice smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 small frozen banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons unsulfured molasses
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch ground cloves

  • blend milk, oats, ice cubes, banana, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and cloves in a blender until smooth.
