South Of The Border Slaw From Dole®

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (20 ounce) can dole® pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 (14 ounce) package dole classic coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat southwest ranch or spicy ranch dressing
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dole cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • corn chips (optional)

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Ready Time: 15 mins

  • combine pineapple chunks and coleslaw in large bowl.
  • stir together salad dressing, cilantro, cumin, salt and garlic. pour over salad; toss to evenly coat. sprinkle corn chips on top, if desired.
