chunky paleo guacamole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 small onion, minced
  • 1 roma tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

    Preparation Time: 30 mins Ready Time: 30 mins

  • place avocados in a bowl. squeeze lime juice on top and roughly smash with a fork until thoroughly mashed. add jalapeno pepper, garlic, onion, tomato, cilantro, salt, and pepper; gently combine with a fork.
